Book half-day courses - 2 1/2 hours are often intensive - and use the rest of the day to practice on your own!
Book the beginners´package and pay less: use the rented equipment for free after the course!
In any case wear a helmet! Rental for € 1,- per day at the "Intersport Sport am Jet"
or buy one of the latest helmets: Red, Leedom, Smith, Alpina, Carrera, ecc
